2. Milo - 1 cup

Meal: Lunch
Time: 1.05pm

1. Rice - 1 plate
2. Minced meat - 1 scoop
3. Potato - 1 scoop

Meal: Snack
Time: 4.10pm
Food eaten:
1. Kinder Bueno - half a packet (1 bar)
2. Strawberry yoghurt drink - 1 cup

Meal: Dinner
Time: 7.00pm
Food eaten:
1. Rice - 1 plate
2. Honey garlic pork - 1 scoop
3. Cabbage - a small scoop
4. Carrot - a small scoop
5. Fried Fish sticks -2
6. Vermercilli, fish ball and golden hair mushroom soup - 1 bowl

Meal: Supper
Time: 7.45pm

1. Apple - 3 slices
